28 receptions for 618 yards (22.07 average) and eight touchdowns...

That was during his sophomore campaign while USC QB, Matt Barkley, was still running the offense. He continues to be a productive receiver for fellow junior, QB Max Wittek.

"I talked to Kiffin and I talked to Orgeron," Blackwell said. "It was great. It was awesome, I really enjoyed them. They're cool guys."

"I was just wondering, 'Does the (Tennessee) offer carry over? Do I still have one from Tennessee or did they take it away? Is the offer on the table from SC now with the coaching staff pretty much transferred?' I'm just going to play it by ear. If it comes, it comes."

After racking up 949 yards and 11 touchdowns during a stellar junior year, Blackwell has drawn plenty of attention from other programs. Already holding written scholarship offers from Washington, UCLA and Tennessee, the early interest from some programs has translated into greater interest on Blackwell's end.

"UCLA offered me right away, so I know I'm going to be a big time guy for them," he said. "As the offers come late, it shows that I'm not a priority on that school's list.

"Tennessee offered me the first day and even though I haven't even talked to anybody there, I know I'm a big priority for them. If they are just talking, then the likelihood of me going somewhere else is rising."
