Rivals

Chris Johnson is a big time prospect from central Florida. Johnson, 5-10 and 193 pounds, is a hard hitting safety prospect from Ocala Trinity Catholic. Last season as a junior he recorded 122 tackles, two forced fumbles and three sacks.
"I am the type of player that prefers the big hit over the pick," Johnson said. "I am very physical back there at safety. I just love to hit and punish people."
I am open to all. I like South Carolina, Florida, Miami, Florida State, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia, USF and Louisville.

4.5? Maybe a little slow?
Posted via VolNation Mobile

If he runs a true 4.5, he's plenty fast enough. Chevis Jackson, Chad Jones, Justin Woodall and Roman Harper are just a few DBs off the top of my head that don't run faster than 4.5.

Hopefully FSU getting a commit from Safety Karlos Williams helps lower them and raises us up on his list

"I like South Carolina. It's In the SEC and that's a powerhouse program. The SEC has now won four national championships in a row. I think Steve Spurrier is a really good guy. I have seen him now three or four times and I think he's very cool and laid back. He's a high energy guy that wants to win."
this made me laugh.

Juice was a South Carolina lean but maybe FNL changed things

At safety, Chris "Juice" Johnson (5-9, 205, Ocala, Fla./Trinity Catholic) clearly displayed the 10 pounds he told me he had gained this summer during a Thursday interview. Johnson, who is nearing a decision, walked off the field with Coach Heater. Could he be nearing a commitment to the Gators? Only time will tell...

I get so tired of consistently hearing good recruiting news for Florida while we struggle to get good news. It's just part of the hatred

Kid is leaning towards UF but numbers/board may keep Juice out of class. Heater loves the kid because of his style of play but btween Marcus Roberson and Alex Dixson not sure if Meyer will accpet his commit also a new target that Meyer is personally recruiting has come on strong and rumored to be a silent after FNL(DB Charles Jackson,TX) IMO I would take Juice and Jackson over Roberson and Dixon atp.
