As far as a timetable for a verbal commitment is concerned, Harley is unsure whether he'll play out the recruiting process or commit soon.

"I haven't really decided that yet," Harley said. "I've been thinking about just ending it quick but I went to see what offers, what happens next, if anything else comes through.
