Anytime. To say Liggins is one of the top players in LA is one of the most inaccurate things I’ve read in a while.

He’s the 25th-30th best prospect in the state and his offer list would not be described as impressive at this time. He could become a decent player, but to say he’s one of the best players in a loaded class like this in LA is not accurate.

I would think that would make him a top prospect in the state of LA, maybe not the very top but anywhere from 15-20 depending on who you ask.
