"I probably won't go to as many as last year but I'll sit down and try to figure out some of the schools I want to get an offer from and then I'll try to visit those schools."
A couple of those stops could be in the SEC.
"I want to get an offer from a Georgia or an Alabama. Those are two schools that are high on my radar right now. And hopefully I can get an offer from one of them."
Regardless, Owens would like to stay relatively close to his current home.
"I do want to stay close to the Charlotte area either somewhere in North or South Carolina. I'm not really favoring any schools right now. Everything is pretty much up in the air.
