I was looking up 10' qb's and there are quite a few good ones that scout is saying we are looking at.

that kid ryan williams looks good, he's also the size that kiffin is supposedly looking for as well at 6'5" 215

I agree, there are several qb's on there that look like they would be good to pick up. At there are some with foundational abilities to build on.
