i hope the vols can land him ,he looks like he would be a 3 time all sec and 2 time all american, and win the best linemen award atleast 1 time in career and best defensive player ,get him to ut and in the weight room he could grow and be 6,5 325 and a stud in the middle of the line ,and be a great run stopper, and push centers and guards back on top of their quarterback .so come play on rocky top for the vols big guy.GO VOLS!!

All the ties we have in Texas now sure make me feel better about our chances with Texas prospects. I will feel good about getting this dude as long as Texas dosent offer.

He is a big boy, but you better believe that most if not all Texas schools will be offering. It is good that we offered early. Kid has the size, would like to see the video on him.

who from TN staff recruits TX? i dont see that TN is in on any recruits really from the state.
is it that TN just isnt interested in recruiting there and would rather focus on GA and other closer states?

I think Eric Russell is the recruiter for Texas, The staff would like to pull some players from Tx but it's just alot harder. They focus alot of their time in the southeast, mainly Ga & Fl.

thanks. but i keep hearing from the a&m crowd and even some of the TX crowd lately that it seems likely in a few years the aggies will be in SEC. IF that happens does TN then make a harder push down here?
i would think that if it is likely they come to SEC, having some already established connections would be a great thing to have

who at Miami has the authority to hand out offers right now? None of them are going on the road recruiting...

If it is from the Shannon regime it can hardly be worth the paper it is printed on.

The article came out today so I would venture to guess it was from the Shannon regime, & the offer was handed out last week sometime.

I think that if TAMU gets a little win streak going against Texas and then they join the SEC, they would then start out recruiting Texas
