Donnie Baggs - Yahoo! Sports

"I have four offers so far," Baggs said. "Houston, Baylor, Arizona and Missouri. Tennessee I feel is close to offering me."

"I sort of don't want to stay in the state of Texas, I kind of want to get out of the state so that's one of the things I'm looking at."

"Right now my favorites will probably be TCU and Tennessee."

"What makes Tennessee stick out is it's SEC football and it's the best conference in the NCAA. My teammate Trevon committed to LSU and I would love to play against him every year because I know how much of a competitor he is and how much of a competitor I am. I would love to compete against him in the grand stage, that would be amazing."

I just read that and was wondering if anyone knew if he might be a late addition to Jr. day. He says his first one is OK but I was curious to see if we could get him here this weekend?

Maybe with some of these new coaches we can get some kids from the state of Texas. Mack Brown cant get them all. I see where Texas has most of their class for next year already. lol

I would love to have this guy commit to us sometime, glad he already list us as a favorite even though we haven't offered yet.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Baggs did not name any clear cut leaders in the quest for his services, but did have a few destinations in mind for summer trips. One school, in the SEC, had his attention from long ago. And still does.

“I remember going to Tennessee a long time ago for the junior Olympics (in track). I know that this is a good program,” Baggs said. “The SEC puts out some good ball players and there is some serious ball played there, and in the conference. I’m not saying that Tennessee is a favorite or that I will end up going there, but I am leaning towards that program."

Per Scout...

Sounds like he wants an offer bad.

That's interesting that this guy from Texas with no real connection to Tennessee seems to be dying for an offer. You don't see that much with out of state guys.
