6'5/190
Denver, CO (South Kent HS in Connecticut)
Tennessee has offered. Apparently are in the mix for him at this point.
ESPN Scouting Report
Strengths:
Thomas has the frame and skill of a potential NBA scoring guard. His burst is mind blowing and he is almost impossible to stop in transition. He can knock down the 3-point shot or drop off a clever assist. In the open court he has great vision and he plays at a relentless pace at all times. He excels in transition where he puts the defense on its heels, due to his acceleration and bounce. In the half court set he has a terrific 1st step where he can get by his defender and get to the rim-usually with a dunk or runner.
Weaknesses:
Although Thomas has all the physical intangibles, his mental approach needs an overhaul. He tries too often to make a play when it doesn't present itself-usually leading to an unforced error (turnover). He needs to start playing with purpose in mind. For example, he has a tendency to shoot too quickly in the shot clock or force a drive that usually ends up with an offensive foul. Overall, his game management and savvy for winning basketball games needs to be implemented into his game because at the next level, he isn't going to be able to physically overwhelm all of his opponents.
Bottom Line:
Thomas has all the physical ability, but the catalyst for him is if he can clean up his approach (turnover prone) while playing and mature as an individual outside of basketball.

Couldn't find a lot of info on him at this point, so I'm not sure how much of a factor we are with him.
