Happens all the time. Kids commit to a school then want the pub and attention so they have the "hat show" to keep people interested. Alot of times they just pick the same school they have been committed to for months.

A few hats, some hoodies, couple of T shirts just happen to be laying out where the recruits are hanging out. UT did not give them to them. Coaches know nothing about it. :whistling:
