You can just tweet at them something like "going to be great seeing you play in orange next year #GBO #VolNation".

Nothing too personal like I love you lol, nothing demeaning obviously, and nothing too desperate.. Just be honest and not creepy :)

Hey, I just met you and this is crazy, but we need CB's, so commit maybe? Here at the University of Tennessee, we have a fantastic tradition of quality athletes representing "THE BIG ORANGE" with excellence. One could say, we love our players, LOL... but we really do :)

As I have followed your recruitment, I have come to believe that the hopes and dreams of this generation of volunteers lies upon your shoulders, and I think you are more than able to carry us to the promised land of crystal balls. Now, you could go to where you are just another face in the crowd, but at Tennessee, we would recognize you, even in really awkward moments, we'd be like, "oh snap! That's Payne! I love him!"
