TBH, I didn't realize we were so polarized that it would even elicit a response. I just can't imagine any Veep doing a fist-pump during the State of the Union address. To me it had nothing to do with party politics. I didn't consider it a controversial statement at ALL but I'll drop it. :peace2:

Iam sure they were great players. It was a big upset .Farragut was heavy favs to win the state.My Dc was Tom Weathers jr.(Rip). His dad was the head coach.

Eh, good point. A picture of a guy who has a certain belief system shouldn't elicit that sort of response. And people in theory should have enough self control to not go on a political tirade because of something that insignificant that wasn't used in a political context. Either way, I'm moving on to celebrating the extended weekend with a huge pick up for our football program.

Go Vols!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's just bitter because Richt will keep winning just enough games to keep his job, but never bring home any hardware

well the last time we had a non-Dooley head coach it did not work out well for Georgia at all so i would say the time to talk $#%# is now b/c it is about to get ugly for them

with florida and TN back welcome back to your normal spot dogs - 3rd at best
