Georgia has offered him, recruiting him, and want him as their Safety in this class. Of course if we land him, the committable/un-committable offer thing will surface.

Georgia is recruiting him, and he has a committable offer. UGA will turn up the heat when he gets closer to a decision, probably closer to NSD. The only thing that would make his offe un-committable is if CJ Hampton flips from Ole Miss (or another unexpected top safety commits).

I would put UT, FSU, and AU in 3 way tie or close to it with UGA a bit behind.
