Who says he can't or hasn't qualified? Just hearsay at the moment.

This is often a tactic used to back schools off of a player. It is the easiest way to get schools to start backing off of a player and still keep pursuing him. It only takes one little hint to explode. Usually comes from a butthurt school and in this case it may have been from an Illinois school or Big 10 school that sees potentially 3 top players leaving the state going to the SEC.

This is common practice in recruiting to cast doubt about players' qualifications. Sad but true.

I agree. I seem to remember reading in recent months from guys close to the program that there is quite a bit of optimism as far as Bryant qualifying.

I really hope so. He will be a beast in the middle for us. That's why I won't be too disappointed if we don't get Garrett. I know he's a stud but I really like who we have right now.

I bet we'll see more of those borderline guys make it in under Hart/Jones. Edderick Loften fiasco never woulda happened in this regime. Obviously, pure conjecture and speculation on my part.
