From what I have seen play out in these situations, rarely will the recruit be honest, especially if he knows he is not making it in. It has to be tough for them as they know a lot of fans are counting on it. Like Jabo, and many others they will claim everything is fine as long as they can.

I'd LOVE to hear Chris is on his way and has been cleared to go. These deals have just not gone our way lately.

My guess is he was told it's best to leave all stuff regarding eligibility or academic concerns off limits (especially in regards to a public platform like Twitter). Recruits simply do not talk that sort of stuff. Kind of a sensitive matter at times.

He's a JUCO with 2 years left so I would assume that means graduating in 2016.
