TAMU will have two straight tackles drafted incredibly high and will say "yeah you'll play."

It'll definitely be a battle.

If that's the case then he is ours. We will have both our tackles drafter pretty high including a 1st rounder and we can say "You can step right in".

Surely you've seen by now that recruits aren't always the best at judging depth charts. And that playing time may not hold as much weight as they say.

Playing time is everything to a JC because they have no time to lose.

I'd rather go by something a kid says as opposed to something he didn't.

Definitely. Wasn't trying to be as negative as that sounded. I just 1) don't know if the playing time situation here is FAR better than TAMU and 2) realize that sometimes recruits don't look at that no matter how often it pops up.

Sorry for misinterpreting what you were saying. A&M is a hot school right now as well. And immediate playing time for a top team may be more enticing than playing time on a team rebuilding. Would love to knock off the Gators this week to get some momentum going our way.

This is either good news for us or Texas A&M. I hope he is wanting to jump on the Vol train, and that is why Auburn took a commitment from someone else.
