Are we assuming he's going to announce today? Just because his counselor says he can enroll early doesnt mean Butch won't tell him to pick a special date right?

Word was he is announcing today but waiting to get the all clear from his counselor for EE.

Still supremely confident in what I posted earlier. Not so sure on the timing. Blair told me this morning that he would be annoucing his choice today. He was just waiting to hear back from his academic advisor, who was "making sure everything was still good for him to enroll in December."

We now know for a fact that said advisor has reached out to Tennessee. That, in itself, says a lot.

Anyway, I have no idea if the advisor has gotten back to Blair yet, as Dontavius has shut off contact with the media this afternoon. So while I still think he has chosen Tennessee, the timetable is uncertain. I have no idea what exactly the holdup is. I don't think there's anything to be worried about on the academic side. If there is, I'm not aware of it.

I wish I could provide some sort of real timetable for his announcement, but that is impossible. Blair's teammate, Tyreek Hill, tweeted that the announcement is still on for today. That's all I have for now.

Smokescreen. Probably just reached out to UT to let us know that Blair could, but won't enroll at UT...pssh nvm. All Vol baby!
