Looks like we are getting one of his OVs.

I said this a while back under the previous staff and I think now with CBJ and his staff it applies even more. If you are a top recruit with legit NFL aspirations you owe it to yourself to at least consider the University of Tennessee, especially if you are located in the surrounding area. There are just so many ways that UT is able to prepare student athletes for a professional future, from film study, strength training and facilities, nutrition etc and those are just some of the things that we continue to hear about. I know many other schools offer similar things and maybe it's the homer in me, but it sure seems like CBJ and everyone are making sure that all the bases are covered. Only a matter of time Vol fans, we have way too much to offer not to be back competing for SEC titles and more very soon.

*steps down off the soap box*

are you sure? there are no games then.

That's what the note from Simmons said. I guess he is taking those visits after the regular season?

Edit: I would guess with that being a UK visit, there's a good shot it is a big BB weekend. Probably a better atmosphere for recruiting than a UK football game. :)

UK on 12/13/13. Bammer the following weekend. ND the weekend of the USC game. tOSU and UT the likely remaining 2 visits.

It appears all 5 of those will get the visits. The visit to UA is the last weekend before the dead period and he will announce at the all star game in Jan. If UK can hold on to the momentum it will be a tough fight to get him out of state. Most of his visits will be after his season so my guess is he will be at most UK games for UOVs.

He does seem to be very high on ND. Always mentions them as well in interviews it seems.

Plus he has been seen multiple times sporting ND gear. I know these kids have alot of random gear from their visits, but it seems the ND stuff makes alot more appearances with Elam.

If he doesn't come to UT then I hope he goes somewhere where he actually can win at. UK wouldn't be the best option.

They have a little momentum now because they've yet to touch the field. His UK visit in December will be following up their 3 win season... If he commits to them after that, then more power to the kid. Lol
