Something I don't understand

The person we believe to be Dews dad has said for over a month that dews is done with visits and is accepting of a grey shirt if the numbers dictate.

But


None of the sites that cover tenn has confirmed those things. In fact they contradict them.


Why would the family disclose the cirmunstances of his recruitment here but not to VQ, 247, or not???

Because i don't talk to VQ, 247 or Rivals, and VQ, 247, or Rivals don't help Jerome make his decisions.

good for you guys..its gotten so out of hand, one of my teammates was Mr Football in our state and it was crazy how much the services bothered him and this was over 10 years ago so I can only imagine it is much worse now.

Because i have been communicating with you guys on this board, i haven't done any interviews with those sites, i like the board and most of the topics, just trying to stay abreast of the VOL way, and how you guys do things in Tenn! Also don't mind clarifying things as far as Jerome is concerned for those that care along the way!

MDobserver any other schools calling Jerome since he's been committed? It seems like when one big time offer comes in they all start rolling in. Glad your son is a Vol we need great LBs!

Awesome--NSD is going to be great. Jerome should have been an EE. I got chill bumps watching those guys get introduced at the basketball game the other night. It's going to be a great time to be a Vol! Looking forward to next year all ready!

I read that the coaches are looking at him at the Leo position which would fit his length and speed perfectly. I sure would like to see him get a chance at TE first though. Do you guys have a preference?

He prefers defense, but i doubt he will make a fuss if they want him to play offense

Someone from here posted MDObserver's info on VQ. Hubbs response...

I'm not sure the visit this weekend is going to happen with him. Keeping an eye on that recruitment that frankly has just been kind of strange from the start.
