Looking good but all have said Scott has yet to tell either side his answer and they are just switching their picks based off info from those close. I really hope we pull this off. Heck of a win if Butch wins this because South Carolina hasn't even sniffed another RB thinking they had this in the bag all year.

yea they are not very confident. ive seen a derrell scott thread over there where they were asking how can we take so many, how awful we would be next yr, one guy was talking about our o line, there is a CBJ thread too. Lots of sour grapes over there.

"Sunday night update (From Wes) - I spoke with several sources with knowledge of Scott's recruitment Sunday and all is quiet on the Havelock front. Both South Carolina and Tennessee are in the dark right now in regards to Scott's final decision to the best of my knowledge, though those who "thought" on Saturday that it would be Tennessee felt the same way on Sunday. I do know that South Carolina was still receiving positive feedback as of this weekend too.
While it wouldn't shock me if it went either way, I have switched my Crystal Ball pick to Tennessee and Tony has done the same. Scott is a very private kid, but there's just simply too much smoke on the Tennessee side for me not to go that direction.
Just so we get all of your bad news out of the way at once, I will also be attending the announcement tomorrow to cover it on a 247Sports level for both this site and the Tennessee one.
We'll, of course, continue to gather information leading up to his announcement at 3:15."

Four-star running back Derrell Scott will be announcing his decision Monday at 3:15 EST and Rivals.com will have a live stream and we will have it linked on the message board.

Since his in-home visits with Tennessee and South Carolina on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, everything around Scott has been pretty quiet. But, we still continue to believe that the momentum has stayed in Tennessee's favor throughout the weekend heading into his announcement on Monday.

No one is quite sure what Scott is planning on doing because he has played everything very close to the vest, but the vibe continues to be the Vols are the team to beat heading into the day of the announcement.

I just got a weird vibe from how it leaked out the other day with people saying he committed to Tennessee and he had to come out and say that wasn't true. There have been alot of people telling him on twitter "Hey we already know you're going to UT, no point to even announce" type talk. Just makes you nervous when kids start thinking that their day is already a foregone conclusion.

He knows where he wants to play...if that choice was SC I wouldn't be counting on enthusiastic fans changing that back to us...so vice versa :angdev:

I think my mentality at this point is that there are no more "bad feelings". This class is insane, our EE's alone are enough to get excited about.

Unless we have 15 decommits between now and signing day, I think we can all agree this offseason has been a success. At this point whoever wants to jump on the train is welcome, and whoever doesn't we wish the best of luck to.
