I doubt they'd ask Paulk to look around. Grayshirt I guess could be a possibility and then bring in two more RB's next year (him being one of them). The RB situation is every bit as bad as DE and DT. It's just scary how God awful the shape this roster was left in. I've never seen anything like it.

I agree 100% about the state of the roster Montrell.

However, You know you just shone the "bat signal" for OskieVolalum and Sjt18 to mosey on over from the football forum and put forth, yet again, their inexhaustible, nauseating individual theses on how Dooley left Jones perhaps the 2nd or 3rd most talented roster in the SEC....way,way better than anything Kiffin left him.

I agree with that. I dont see Lewis ending up at RB either, he may get a shot there at first but I dont see him staying there no matter what school he chooses. I could see them just taking Swinney as well if Paulk is in this class. If they want two backs again though a guy like Gibson would be a perfect compliment to a bigger back like Swinney. Just like Scott/Paulk and Hurd are in this class.

What's your opinion on Bryce Love?

I agree with the OP. Swinney and Lewis. You have to give Lewis a shot there if he wants it. I've said before I think LB is where he could be an All-American, but if he wants to play RB you let him because he's just to good of a talent to pass on. The Gibson kid out of AL is another, but I have no idea what kind of shot they may have with him. Same with Patrick out of FL, probably a longshot though.

Yeah, I just did a little research on Lewis. Very impressive athlete. Are we pretty confident that he will commit soon?

He indicated to coach that he would sign with Tennessee.

That's nuts. Dooley inherited some very good young talent. Even with a poor first year you knew he had some good players he inherited waiting in the wings. With Jones, he inherited next to nothing as far as the future goes. He inherited a solid senior class at certain positions, but zero quality depth, zero young talent and at some positions no talent even at the starting spots.

I am new to the board and I am not familiar with who Skeeter is. From most on here it seems that he has a proven track record. Is this true? Thanks.

He's got a pretty good track record. He has technically missed I guess once or twice (Carl Lawson) but it was later proven he was right about them. Lawson was said to have flipped to us then decide that he should stay with auburn. He's reliable and when he posts its usually followed by booms or sadness. He has some kind of inside guy or is an inside guy at TN

Thanks! Is there a small list of guys including Skeeter I should follow on here due to their reputation for bringing accurate info?

Ron Swanson, POA, Montrell Hardy has good scouting/ talent evaluation, Breakerboy is the go to guy for DB evaluations imo. those are who i can think of off the top of my head.
