I just want to hear what the coaches say and what they have to offer, said the 5-foot-11, 185-pound Scott.
Obviously, theyre not up there with South Carolina and Tennessee, but Florida is a school that I've always liked," Scott said. "So I want to go down there for a visit.
Right now, South Carolina and Tennessee are at the top. After that, I would say Florida and then N.C. State. South Carolina and Tennessee are at the top because they've been recruiting me the longest thats the main reason.
After my official visit to Florida, Im not sure how many in-home visits I have left, but once I have all those Ill make my decision," he said.

Derrell Scott eliminated N.C. State, but as we've said in this very feature the last few months that was not a surprise. We also continued to say that Tennessee had the momentum with Scott and that still remains true.
The question is can that momentum overcome Florida as well as South Carolina, the team most believed Scott would end up at. The Florida official is very important and it will take a good effort by the Gators to get to the level of South Carolina and Tennessee, but it wouldn't be a shocker if he said all three teams are even leaving his official visit.
