'14 SC DT Poona Ford

From what I've gathered there is a specific reason for the SC visit. Nothing I'm posting on here nor a big deal. IF UT staff wants him badly, I assume That will show through to
Him tomorrow

My guess is a promise to Sands his recruiting coach to give him a chance to come on campus.

This could get interesting.

Yeah. UT definitely will roll out the orange carpet because we want and need him bad. He would be a huge get.

Also, do you know if any of the current commits know him personally or contact him to recruit him to UT? I'm asking because almost all if not all of the current commits will be on campus with him tomorrow.

From what I have gathered the order would be UT, Louisville, Purdue, OSU, SC. With all said, for all fans of all schools I would be more worried about him spending whole day at Louisville with strong. In the end I 100% believe UT is still the school to beat

I think spending an entire day at TN with our whole recruiting class will give us an edge on Strong. But could be wrong.

In the end I bet it comes down to TN or SC.

I think TN has the leg up due to playing time and the SEC and not being too far from home.

But him giving SC a chance makes me nervous, there is a lot of pressure down here right now to stay at home with their fanbase thinking they are now a national power.

"I liked being at Ohio State and I thought I did real well," Ford stated. "I always do my best at every camp, and try to give 100%. I learned a lot from the coaches and they were great to work with. They taught me a few new moves that I can use to help myself get better."

"I talked to Coach (Mike) Vrabel before the camp and he encouraged me to work hard," he added. "This was my second time here, and I like it a lot. Coach Vrabel was great to work with, and he's always teaching you and pushing you to go harder."

"I would say my top schools are Ohio State, Tennessee,*Louisville,*Kansas State, South Carolina and*Missouri," he admitted. "I definitely want to make my decision before my season starts."

Does the fact that Tn, Ohio St., and South Carolina do not have star in front of them mean that is his top 3? :detective:

Whenever I copy and paste, if the word has a hyperlink, it puts a star next to it after I submit the post on here. Not sure why but they mean nothing

Someone needs to tweet Hurd, Wharton and the gang and make sure they are all over Poona tomorrow while in Knoxville.

No pun intended.
