JMO, but he waited until he could see the Butch version of the Vols on the field. VN should be even more excited that what TKJ saw at ONE practice convinced him that Coach Jones can do it! Also means that TK saw enough to agree with his son!! :fireworks:

Alabama was thought to be in good shape to land Kelly. His sister is a cheerleader for the Crimson Tide. [Posters Note: HAHA]

Asked why he committed now, Kelly said: "The real question is why not now? I feel confident about the decision and my blood runs orange!"

Kelly could lead other prospects to commit to Tennessee. An outgoing prospect, Kelly is friends with several key prospects that Tennessee is recruiting.

Everyone thought Wharton was doing work but TKjr is nationally known by other big-time recruits. Major difference with the pull here. He'll attract other good players. Especially CBs that know they've got a safety on his level backing them up. Or other safeties that want to play with him. Secondary will end up a strength next season if we get some CBs this class.
