#14 Utah vs Notre Dame

This is impossible. I've been assured that TCU is worlds better than Boise State and infinitely more qualified fora title game berth for defeating the mighty "Utes," rather than the lowly ACC-leading VT Hokies.

Land of my birth, but I am no Boise State fan. I just think acting like TCU is somehow on another level or in another category is indefensible.

I see you're rocking a Vandals tag. That's a true fan right there.

anyone else think Utah might have just rolled into this game...i.e. now that they're no longer in the national title or BCS berth races that their players are dazed/sad/out of it/don't care as much ?

I got 'em all. TCU was strong last week smackin' my Utes around. I've started following a few more teams after moving out here. Vols always #1 for me. How's Denver treating ya? Have you had a chance to visit home yet?

Treating me alright, and nope. Hoping to get down to Knoxville in a couple of weeks.

they're running a bit too much though for this late in the game with this score

almost to the point it's like they're trying to make up for how they stopped running altogether early in that TCU loss last week

(3 runs in a row there)

They didn't do anything right in the TCU game. Total and complete collapse.

i would hope that long pass completion on 4th down might make them think "hey we should pass a bit more"

I said Utah wasn't good. This isn't surprising.

Lets hope the Irish can do Southern Cal like this.

they run for no gain twice inside the 10 right after i typed that... and then turned over on downs

I wonder how the TCU pushers will spin this if Utah goes down.

It is reasonable to say that it is just an example of why you can't trust that these teams are as good as the hype until they play a real schedule. Utah is obviously a pretender. That doesn't help the case of TCU or Boise though. Does anyone honestly think there aren't between three and five SEC teams who would be undefeated with Boise's schedule? Or TCU's...
