Well if this kid keeps progressing it will be pretty awesome watching him win back to back titles for CLK and be a #1 draft pick

This kid looks solid as just a sophomore. Should only get better the next 2 years

247 has stated that he is on a UOV to UT today. He is supposed to camp at Bama tomorrow.

He will be special (if he goes to the right place). I see that he is Swedish too. He has pretty decent form for being that young and with the right coaching he can have great mechanics.

"He had nothing but great things to say about every school," La Mirada coach Mike Moschetti said. "One thing he did say was how impressed he was with the schools in the SEC compared to the West Coast."

"He loved Vanderbilt," Moschetti said. "He loves that they're in the SEC. He loved the head coach and (quarterbacks coach) Ricky Rahne and the academic aspect of Vanderbilt. It's a great town."

"The offensive coordinator at Louisville is my old quarterbacks coach, Shawn Watson. I'm really, really close with coach Watson. Shawn Watson is as good of a guy as there is. He had a great time there because a lot of the stuff we do at La Mirada is what I learned from him."

"Tennessee is mind-boggling," Moschetti said. "It's just an unbelievable place. The stadium, the facilities, all the money going into the facilities is really impressive."

"At Alabama, he had a really, really good time. He threw for (offensive coordinator/quarterbacks) coach (Doug) Nussmeier and coach (Nick) Saban. Coach Saban had him in the office and said they're probably going to offer and he should know in the next couple weeks."

With no QB in this class Tennessee should absolutely be able to land an elite QB in the '15 class. Vandy and Alabama both have highly rated QB's in this class committed so you would think it sets up nicely for Tennessee to get a guy like this or Lock.

His junior mid-season highlights are very impressive. It seems like they changed their offense to more of a pro-style in between his soph and junior years. The kid has an arm and can throw the fade! Haven't seen a lot of QBs lately that can drop a fade in there just right, and it's almost impossible to defend if done correctly.

Apologies in advance for the unnecessary bump, but this kid transferred to Denton Guyer high school in Denton, Texas, about 40 miles northwest of Dallas. He is currently backing up a rising sophomore, who also transferred in.

Don't think I've ever seen that. A former 5-star senior qb backing up a sophomore.

Denton Guyer is becoming a QB Mecca...like Evangel Christian in Louisiana back in the day.
