I've always thought it was pronounced like "share-eye-ron" with the emphatic syllable being the "eye"

Hopefully, he commits to us soon and we get this issue settled for certain. :detective:

He does have a problem with names, but he's also a very nice guy. I was at the SEC basketball tournament in Nashville a few years back and ran across him. He literally stopped everything he was doing to talk to my best friend and I because he saw we were decked in orange. Super nice guy. You wouldn't think being in orange is anything special in Nashville during the SEC tournament, but for those who've never been to Nashville for the SEC tournament, I'd say it's 70% KY fans. So, Vol fans aren't running around in the 1000s until game time usually.

Gators Bashing this kid on Twitter, I think it cut a little deeper when he named Florida's rival TN as his leader.

And I don't feel like 3 QB's is too many, look at it as we are taking 2 Athletes with QB potential and a traditional QB. When spring practice opens up I guarantee that CBJ begins by telling the media that's it's a open QB competition anyway.

I think Dobb's has proved that a running QB will have sucess in this offense. Dobb's is smart but Engineers think different from the average person its hard to explain but Im a drunk engineering major so I know what im talking about. lol

We think about thinks it terms of physics and the laws of engineering.

Dobbs's is smart from what I've heard but HE WONT LEAD US past 8-4.

for those who don't know engineering is one of the hardest majors to compete.

They take the highest level math classes with physics classes. plus engineering classes and it leads to engineering students going crazy!!! lol

When I toured UTK's engineering department my student guide told me Dobb's was type student that just showed up and got good grades. Not many ppl can do that.

Riley was turning into bray 2.0. He wanted to be coddled. Dobbs, on the other hand, is mentally tough and a leader off the field as well as on it. If he continues to progress on his reads, he is (will be) everything you could ask for in a QB. Though not on par with him on the field, he's the most Peyton-esque kid we've had under center since the Manning-Martin era in terms of leadership qualities. A leader who isn't rattled by critics.

It was interesting to listen to a 4 QBs last spring. Worley, Dobbs, and Peterman all praised each other. Riley could barely string together a coherent sentence and bristled at the notion that a senior would possibly start next year, not to mention bother going to class or being a good teammate. It's harsh, but that was the impression he left.

Also Butch took over after he was already committed...much has been made out of the Bama offer...how solid was that? Was it more Saban trying to gum up the new coach's class? In retrospect it seems grossly unfair to peg Butch as "shady" for trying to get extra talent at a position that was depleted...the acknowledged MOST important position? I'm with Leb on the thinking that when you accept a commitment , it should hold, but Butch is ultimately judged on win and losses...I'll support whatever he has to do or compromise to get this program where it belongs. Neither Negavols or Sunshine Pumpers will accept warm fuzzy wins over actual ones.

And I'm sure you'll try to be that guy that burns him even though you don't know WTF the circumstances are behind the scenes. Do you really think Jones is trying to "sneak" another QB in? He knew that all of this would come out about the in home, etc. How do you know that Jones hasn't discussed this with the two committed QBs yet?
