Have you considered that it isn't something VN posters have made up on their own? It has been reported by sports-writers, on many occasions, that UT has only 1 QB committed.

Technically it's accurate.

Could those schools be just waiting to except his commitment? Yes. Could CBJ have assured him he would get a shot at QB just to get him to commit like he did JJ? Yes. Could CBJ accept his commitment and then switch his position like he could with JJ? Yes. Is there any proof of anything I just typed? Absolutely not. We will just have to wait and see.

If you notice, every time TG talks about UT recruiting him as a QB only, a rumor is reported that the coaching staff is not taking any more QB. I'm sure you would argue with CBJ as well. You would tell him that he is wrong and TG said that he was recruiting him as a QB. But...but coach, TG said you were recruiting him as a QB.

Hadn't opened this thread in a couple weeks so thought I would drop in to see what's going on. Incredibly, the same garbage that made me lose interest in the first place.

VN is nothing if not persistent, so guess I'll check out again and look for something more enjoyable to read. After two pages of this thread, the dictionary looks promising.:salute:

Hmmm lets see there have been rumors that UT is pushing hard for TG at QB. And there are rumors that CBJ is not taking anymore QB's. So which "rumor" should we believe? I mean since you are saying "rumors" are the new truths :eek:lol:

This is what happens when there is little news and a there are "reports" that appeal to whatever side of the fence you are on. If you think this is fun, go back and reread the adore thread. That was fun for everyone but OH. Heck, it might have even been fun for him.

Yeah, I remember the AJ thread and it got pretty monotonous as well at times. At least his discussion varied on the possibility of multiple schools. TG's thread is all about who's lying to who. Really could care less because none of us know the real truth and it's all speculation.

Wait a minute, that's what message boards like this are for, what am I saying!!!!! FREAK, don't pull my membership yet, I haven't reached my 100th post yet.:ermm:

You seem upset that Auburn isn't recruiting this kid hard anymore. Not sure why, but ok. Just because my school has thrown our eggs into a different basket doesn't mean you guys have.

FWIW I think he signs with UT.

Not at all. I am a person who doesn't believe what any "insiders" and "media guys" have to say. I take what every recruiting expert, guys with "ties" to programs and radio guys say with a grain of salt.
