The pre-game really caught me off guard. The Vol Walk, that was amazing. I had never seen that many people in one spot so that was amazing," Bussey said. "Then, how the fans were able to stay in the game, Tennessee kind of didn't come out hot early, but the way the fans stayed in the game and supported the team, I thought, was awesome.

They've told me how they can use that part of my game in their offense," Bussey said. "I have to credit my coach because we would spend some practices catching balls for the first hour. So I've become pretty fluent in catching them and it's translated on to the field. I catch a lot in games and coach Gillespie has talked about how he can fit that in their offense and allow me to get the ball in space.

Coach Jones just butch-slapped Coach Sumlin.

Tennessee is trending up in the SEC, while Texas A&M is trending down.

Butch is molding UT's roster into a championship caliber team. FTMFW.

Have to give credit where credit is due. Skeeter came in and said Vol when everyone else was saying TAMU and crystal balls all said TAMU. Hopefully that'll get some of you guys off his back

Next year I would like our offense to run some 2 running back sets. They could do some interesting things with the versatile backs we have in Hurd, Kamara, and Bussey. On top of that Dobbs can use his legs and we could cause opposing defenses to struggle.

Very true and de1conley said it before skeeter came in and said it. Also said the Coach's are basically recruiting over Reid. Gotta give him credit as well.

Any reason other than size? McKenzie is a twig compared to Bussey. McKenzie was probably the best return specialist in the '14 class, very very explosive athlete he is just on the smaller side. Don't see the relation though.

FWIW, Paul Fortenberry had the Bussey article immediately following his announcement. I think we have legit insiders on here like OV, de1conley, GFW, etc. But we have a lot of attention seekers too. I'd venture a guess to say Paul and Brent had the article written well before Bussey's announcement. The 51% number is Paul trolling the posters who ask him 50 of the same question. Yes, they know more than the casual fan.
