No this is not correct at all Jalen Ramsey was a product of NPA never had any affiliation to DeVinner at all. He became acclimated with Pruitt at Alabama then signed with FSU. Have no clue where this misinformation came from.
It was definitely posted on here at some point that he did. Whether he did or not is a different story I guess thoughNo this is not correct at all Jalen Ramsey was a product of NPA never had any affiliation to DeVinner at all. Kid was overboard downing us. Not sure what gave him his aversion
Well I'll be honest Jalen had very poor relationships with Dooley and he really didn't understand the approach when the likes of Saban, Jimbo, Dabo, etc were contacting him on a regular. Buck introduced Jalen to UT first as a young soph and they really downplayed him in his eyes for the longest. To give a little clarity to Jalen's personality he's a kid who has a lot of confidence in himself. As a freshman at Ensworth he felt he was the best db and in some people's eyes that was true but Bowers refused to play him so he left. After leaving and working hard as ever he was ranked low and kept working to prove he was better. In an interview he tells a rivals reporter guys there is no way I'm the number whatever cb in the country goes to camps and shuts it down. Tell another rivals reporter I'm the best db in the country. The increase him and Dooley still slow plays him. In the midst of all this he gets a higher ranking and UT fans talked crazy to him repeatedly on twitter and it built up a disliking for UT. Fans never know the behind the scenes and assume its strictly the kid but sometimes there are underlying issues. He's a very good kid, student, athlete if you know him personally.

Right but he continued being extremely negative towards Tennessee under Butch. Like I get he may not like it at UT, it's not for every great player to play HS in state, but what's up with the hate? I don't understand just like I didn't understand Robertson's hate on twitter. The difference is Jashon said Butch was wasting gas, Jalen said stuff like (paraphrasing) who would want to go to UT they're terrible and will keep sucking. And he wasn't just messing around like Kahlil does with Bama. IIRC Jalen tweeted targets of ours saying don't come here. Idk to me it shows immaturity but he had every right to say itWell I'll be honest Jalen had very poor relationships with Dooley and he really didn't understand the approach when the likes of Saban, Jimbo, Dabo, etc were contacting him on a regular. To me there's a difference in being salty and genuinely going out of your way on an unrelated topic to your life. UT fans probably tweet Richie Pettibon every day talking about Kahlil owning him, but Richie isn't continuing convos with fans.
Thanks for the info. Something I always wondered about lolVery well said just know Jalen and the UT fans are a totally different situation than Kahlil and Pettibon. Jalen's hate spewed over from msg boards and the ignorance that went on during his recruitment and fans being ignorant and he's never let it go. Not right but to each its own
