For those of you who don't know the back story on ol byron...

-He is a former UAB back up lineman and runs a 7-7 team in the midstate area. He also acts as a street agent for recruits.

-A few years ago he asked a UT coach for $2,000 to bring Brian Kimbrow and Will Redmond to a UT camp.

-He has very openly spoke out against UT and his attempts to steer recruits away from UT sin the past few after school officials refused to pay him. He went on the radio and said he "hates UT" and "no player of mine will ever go there if I have anything to say about it."

-He openly bragged about having a sexual relationship with a UT player's mother (believed to be Tiny Richardson) and has been banned from UT's campus.

-He completely sold Will Redmond out during an NCAA investigation into Miss State's recruiting tactics claiming he saw redmond take cash from a prominent bulldog booster.

-His most famous line is "I seen $100 handshakes...I swear it" which was an exact quote from him on a Mississippi radio show.

-He is an anti UT scumbag who needs his ass kicked. period.

I think we continue to push for Jefferson but I don't have much faith if good ole Byron is anywhere close to his recruitment.

first off Westside this is not me but one of the biggest snakes in recruiting named Byron De'vinner. He has nothing to do with Van @ all. Dude is a slime ball and not welcomed anywhere in Nashville or Murfreesboro. We did not make it to the game due to prior family obligations. We are planning to attend 2 of the last 3 games due to Van being an EE. I can tell youbi was with coach Jones Thigpen Abernathy and Dan Crockett today at my shop. Coach Jefferson gave Butch the thumbs up as Van has told his mom he has no desire to be @ UGA and she has given Van permission to do what he wants.

Why do people continue to associate with De'vinner? I don't understand it. Especially someone like Jefferson who's father already has connections. The guy is a snake who is in it for profit, he's trying to make an easy buck off of these young men. I really just don't understand it at all.

Jefferson is not nor ever was associated with DeVinner. Byron went up to Van and asked for a picture as he does with a lot of kids and claims to have ties to them. The guy has tried to lure kids from our NPA organization and lies habitually.

I would love to be in position to do just that.If I even went to jail for a day or two it would be worth it.Just one clean punch to ole Byron fat chops would make me a happy man.

Don't know how this could be possible being Tiny has always been under NPA. Plus Tiny lived with his dad and I've never seen nor heard mention of DeVinner by Tiny or Lanny Richardson. They lived in Nashville and are from Mt. Pleasant, TN. I've worked with taken on recruiting trips etc
