I like Howard's film better, but I assume that Dyer is playing against much better (and bigger) competition. It seems like TAMU is in his future though.

I agree, more lumbering than Howard, but still a big boy with what seems to be a good drive.

The 6-foot-5, 280-pound offensive tackle first visited Ohio State on Thursday and followed that up with a few days at Tennessee and is finishing up his tour with Ole Miss early this week.

"Everything went well," Dyer said. "It's good to see that they are continuing to improve on their facilities."

"I talked to coach Jones and coach Mahoney and they talked to me about a lot of things," Dyer said. "They said they really liked me and that were going to do great things at Tennessee."

"I will be considering them moving forward," Dyer said, "just because I see the progress in their program." "I'd like to take official visits. We will see if Tennessee gets one and I'm open right now, no top five or leaders yet," Dyer said.

"I really like that they are really rebuilding that program," the Horn High School product said, referencing the efforts he's noticed from Tennessee's coaches to restore the Vols' stature.

"Really, I'm just a hard player. That's really what it comes down to," the four-star said.
"It's just (my) effort I would say."

"I don't have a top group of schools right now," Dyer said. "But I'm for sure going to narrow it down to three schools by the end of the summer."
