Ocean Lakes, Va., defensive back Jahque Alleyne has seen his stock tick upwards the last few weeks with new offers as he now has over a dozen.

The rangy safety, who has spent some time at corner, camped at Tennessee this week in hopes of grabbing a Vol offer.

"I got a Virginia Tech offered a couple of weeks ago. About three weeks ago Oregon offered. Tennessee talked to me about offering," Alleyne said. "It would be great because Tennessee has ties to my school and it's just another offer I'm glad to receive."

Alleyne was able to tour Tennessee's facilities while on campus and liked not only what the Vols currently have, but what is coming in the future as well.

"I really liked it," Alleyne said. "They have great facilities, the coaches are fantastic and I liked working with them in the camp. I like what they are doing around here with the updated stadium and fixing up the locker rooms and stuff. They are stepping their game up and competing with other colleges and are getting more recruits in.

"It was a good day all-in-all. I really liked the weight room the most and how they carried themselves around here."

Alleyne added that he liked getting to know Tennessee's coaches more as well.

"They are positive. They are very enthusiastic. They are great people," Alleyne said.
