As for Evan Hinson, the jumbo athlete from Deltona, Fla., Scott was his lead recruiter at Miami as well adn that's where he was committed as a TE for a while. He has since decommitted and has official visits set up for South Carolina on Jan. 15 and Southern Cal on Jan. 22.

He said his last weekend is open and if Tennessee and Scott were to be in touch he certainly would be interested. It sounds like something to monitor and to see if Tennessee gets in touch or not.

Don't see us doing anything unless Brooks is told no which would be bad pub

Would be bad publicity, but might be the best move for us. Or at least if we gave him an option like Harbaugh gave Falcon to keep an academic scholarship.

Funny how we get pissed when a kid gives the impression he is following a coach a la Mecole or even Justin Martin last year but when it happens in our favor no one seems to mind

This makes perfect sense. We ALL know on this board that the University of Tennessee is the destination of choice for everyone. Except, of course, for Lane and Layla. And Tee's superstar wife. And Christmas... Everyone else absolutely wants to come here.:good!:

In this case Hinson was already decommitted so a little different. He didn't decommit because Scott left. I get your point though. All fan bases do it. I'm sure if Eason was committed to TN I would think he was great but since he isn't he looks like a tool bag Justin Beiber wannabe. 😀

Well everyone knows that our coaches are much cooler than other teams coaches even if they've only worked here for two days... So that mkes it ok..... :)

Since we are outing insiders, I'll cast my vote for Thornton Athletic Center in academic support.

Brown, Warrior, Dickerson, and one of these 4-star receivers? That would be a great class. Especially if we keep Kongbo and Marq Osborne gets a bump. And yes I'm speaking strictly rankings. I don't think Guarantano gets that 5th star.

Guarantano getting dat 5th star - mind yourself in the house, son.
