kid camped with us at the NPA camp. He stood out as a wide receiver on Sunday. A bigger receiver, 6-1, 205, Harper turned in one of the fastest 40x of the day and also was tough to contain in one-on-ones. He has an offer from Chattanooga but look for more schools to jump in once he hits the camp circuit this summer as he is a very intriguing recruit.

Yeah, Jabari Davis kept raving about him. Telling any coach that follows him to give Harper a offer.

If you watch his Spring film you can see the growth and Speed he has gained from his Junior to upcoming Senior year.

Also, I think that was his first camp he's attended. Hence why he's flying under the radar.

They've been whipping boys for as long as I've been following.. And I have friends from there that would agree.

It's pretty crazy this kid is a beaver with Fulton/central so close.

Fulton and Central are not that close to Karns. Would be passing quite a few schools on the way to them.

As for Devin. He definitely looks the part in game, as far as physical stature goes. I wouldn't say he has stood out as a "wow" player the past 2 years I have been going to games. Kid has potential out the roof though, he just needs the ball more in games.
