Obviously, your reading comprehension is as bad as Dunes. Where did I say we wouldn't sign a good class? Where did I say our program's future hinged on signing this guy? I said I don't think we'll get him and we struggle signing these types of guys. If you can show me one in the last 5 years then I'll admit I'm wrong.

As to your Bama comparison, bama I'm sure wants him on defense. We want him on offense. Bama doesn't run a zone read, spread offense in which to utilize him the way we would/could.

Well, for the record, you simply stated, "elite, top ten athletes". You mentioned nothing about what position they play not did you state a required 40 time. Philips, Taylor, McKenzie, Malone, Hurd, etc are all elite athletes.

Maybe it isn't their reading comprehension, but your textual clarity that is lacking.

Really unfortunate. I think mecole is gonna to be a stud in college football. He'd work great as a slot guy in our offense too.

I clarified later. Maybe you should review.

"I got to see two of the best teams play, the crowd was crazy, and it was everything it was supposed to be. It was better than those atmospheres I have been to when I visited Tennessee"

Sounds like something someone would say if you're a player that's going to commit to Bama and you're trying to recruit other players away from Tennessee...

Yeah, I don't like how he singled Tennessee out there. Why do that?

Maybe Neyland was the standard for atmosphere before he saw a top five matchup in Tuscaloosa. If that's the case, it's kind of a minor compliment really.

Of course, it could also mean that he hates UT and will take every current Vol commit above 5.6 with him wherever he goes.

Sounds just like when the best recruits go to Alabama, they love it. Not surprising. I never really thought we had much of a chance with him.

I remember very similar posts last year about a certain OL, who signed with the Vols on NSD. Let it all play out...things change frequently with recruiting.

When I went to Tuscaloose for the UT vs Bama game, I wasn't impressed at all. Firstly, because Tuscaloosa is a dump, and secondly, because the stadium presence didn't nearly compare to Neyland.

The second issue surprised me the most. That was my first road SEC game, and I expected it to be a very imposing/ oppressive atmosphere, but it wasn't.
