The Buckeye faithful have established themselves as the worst winners in college football. They're already impossible winning a NC after a 12 year gap, if they repeat they'll add an integer. :pinch:

I don't think they'll repeat. They are supposed to be a better team this year.
But if they play against a team with a mobile Qb that is accurate and defense that can rush the passer and play man coverage... they'll be in trouble.

VaTech has all of that except for the mobile QB part.

OSU still runs the ball very well... so I don't know. I don't think they will repeat, but they certainly have the team to do it.

their schedule is laughable. Of course they are going to be right in the hunt playing all those high school teams.Hawaii, Western Michigan, Northern Illinois, Illinois, Rutgers, Maryland etc. Its such a joke.

USC has apparently been in a lot of contact. Don't be surprised if closer to home and in California doesn't sway the kid. I'm not saying its gonna happen but anyone west of the Rocky Mountains with any high potential then USC is all over them.

I hear ya, but they're one of the few teams that I think would have a decided advantage against us. They're going to be hurting after this year when all their juniors leave for the draft, though.

Here is the complete Elite 11 rankings going into day 3.. JG in 3rd place right now,
But this is just passing . Add in the extra threat of taking off and burning the defense with
His legs, and as far as I'm concerned, the best QB prospect in the country...

Accdg to Barton Simmons, JG just had his turn versus defense. Went 4 for 6 with some really nice throws. He had one bad decision in goalline. His first pass was a 25 yd td that hit crossing route on money. He also apparently threw a perfect seam pass where only the WR could catch it
