Elliott received his first major-conference scholarship offer Monday from Virginia Tech after participating in the Hokies camp, and he might have a chance to earn an offer from Tennessee on Friday while attending the Vols camp. A dual-threat quarterback whos expected to play wide receiver or defensive back in college, Elliott also holds an early offer from Old Dominion, and hes drawing interest from N.C. State in addition to Tennessee. He also has attended camps at North Carolina and Duke this summer.
