I posted him as part of the backup plan buddy. Not that we necessarily need him. We have several players & some even 4* at other positions in which there are no individual recruit threads for.

Some that at last check had us in their top 10 & top 8 but they haven't updated their status in a while so I'm not posting them yet.

Why some of these recruits have slipped by & not been posted is beyond me but it was before Freak allowed me to start posting recruits. Thanks.

we offered a few guys from their school to try and establish a presence in the area. lots of talent there. it may have been in an effort to get their foot in the door with the DT or the RB, I forget his name. Dont think we are a serious contender for any of those kids, unless they are working on flipping the DT from LSU (who seems the favorite) and have some kind of package deal in mind

It's becoming more difficult to support the idea that Butch Jones is a great recruiter. 17 class is filled with 3 stars, and his previous recruiting classes have too many busts and players that left the program

That's the biggest thing. These players we're bringing in aren't being coached up or placed is situations to succeed. That's the biggest problem in my opinion.
