Bama & LSU are the two favorites for this recruit but we have moved up in his lists in recent weeks. UT, UF, Miss. State, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Texas A&M, & Arizona State are other schools on this recruit's lists to date. We were not in his top 10 months ago but we are right now & not only top 10 but top 6 schools to date.

We were in his top 12 schools early on but no talk had been mentioned about him & his recruitment until today when he announced it's down to Bama & LSU.

I don't think so. Phidarian Mathis was Bama's DT target. Bama's 2 DE targets are LaBryan Ray & Aubrey Solomon. It's safe to assume Bama coaches have explained Bama's DL plans to each of them.

Looks like Jarez Parks gets in if we miss on one of them. Parks has been recruited primarily for the "Jack" hybrid DE/OLB position, but has the frame that he could bulk up to play DE. We already landed one Jack in this class. If we get Ray and Solomon and both our WR targets, there may not be room for Parks. Not certain of that though.
