Had 18 tackles against Guarantano's team last year and totaled 116 tackles w/ 16 TFL against one of the nation's toughest schedules.

St. Joseph head coach Augie Hoffman on Acceus: "You can’t coach what he has. He’s mobile. Explosive on contact. He has exceptional speed. He’s an intense individual. He’s a quiet, ‘Yes, sir. No, sir’ guy, but you can see he has laser focus."

I'm not so much a star gazer, but man, it seems like all we recruit and offer nowadays are 3 stars. I'm aware that's the furthest thing from the truth though. However, that's just the way it feels to me unfortunately. I reckon it's probably due to the fact that there are way more 3 star players out there to be recruited than 4 or 5 star ones.

They have offered about 300 for the 2017 class. There are not that many 4 and 5 stars available. We seem to have accumulated a lot of talent in the last 3 years and a lot of 3 stars were offered. I believe that CBJ knows what he is doing and trust his choices. Remember that during a normal game, only about 50 players will play. One can take a few chances with the other 35.

Then how come the last 10 or so crystal ball predictions (different recruit each time) for GA have all been 4 stars and one 5 star? :) :zeitung_lesen::popcorn:

I don't know and don't care. Ask The GA. guys why they did not offer Sutton who was a 3 star and will likely be an All American and go in round 1 or 2 of the draft NFL draft.

A lot of the 3 Stars we offer early on end up catching a lot more offers and ultimately, a bump in the rankings :wink2:
