Joshua Lugg liked everything hed heard about Tennessee, and hed heard a lot. This was one of my favorite visits, Lugg said. I didnt know very much about Tennessee other than just talking to Coach Mahoney. He could tell me stuff, but that still wasnt the same as actually coming to the school and seeing it. Now that Ive seen Tennessee and everything thats part of it, I really enjoy it.
I like everything that they do here. I really do.
I like how theyre one of the colleges that has the most academic counselors, Lugg said. That keeps the players on track during the season, cause I know, for me, in high school, it gets tough to stay on the academics part when youre worried about football on Friday nights. So when you have counselors that are helping you out, and tutors, thats a great thing to have at a college. And Tennessee has it.
Lugg said the Vols gave him plenty to think about over the weekend, and that they definitely helped themselves in his mind.
