'17 TN OL/DT Trey Smith (UT commit 12/6/2016)

Well, good guesses on my part but it wasn't that hard because those guys have really been the only dominating DT's we had in recent memory.

I hope Kahlil McKenzie can get into that group but he's sure not so far. Hope he recovers well from his injury though. Thanks buddy. :good!:

He stayed hurt a lot in those two years though didn't he? Maybe it was Big John instead. They both had such similar gamestyles.

BJH was a great pro, but he wasn't on the same level as Haynesworth. There is a reason why the Redskins wasted $100 mil on Haynesworth in 2009.

He was arguably the most dominant player in the league the 2007 and 2008 seasons.

Haynesworth the most dominant in 2007 and 2008? Not even close.

There is a reason he got that huge contract. I have never seen a dlineman play like he did in those two season. He could have been one of the best ever if he wasn't such a lazy POS.

"hearing more and more that Trey Smith will take his OV the first weekend of Dec. That means the Vols should have the last visit before his Dec. 6 announcement. I think that's good news.

He will take his official visit to Alabama next weekend when they play Mississippi State. He then has Notre Dame and Ohio State visits after that before his Tennessee visit."
