I was at a Christmas party and wasn't able to post updates. The replay is out there on GBPtv.

Cartersville should run the tables again next season, with a great leader at QB and head coach!

I just watched the replay.

The D absolutely played lights out. The offense struggled, but I thought they did a good job of taking care of the ball and taking what they were given.

Same with TL. The numbers weren't good, but he made enough plays for his team to win. And more importantly, he didn't make any mistakes that cost the team. I think he's about 26-1 as a starter.

I'm not counting on a 2018 kid to come here with 2 years worth of recruiting and coaching changes left.

I find it interesting that Johnson and Hockman decommit from TN and UGA in the same day which happens to be days after Lawrence says Clemson leads. This prob makes it a TN/UGA battle again

The 6-foot-5, 191-pounder grew up a Tennessee fan, and Lawrence says Clemson has the edge over the Volunteers because of one key reason.

“I would say just because of their success right now,” Lawrence said. “I’ve been to both places, and they are both great schools, great areas. I really like Clemson and Tennessee, too, so it’s close.”

I have to be honest - I was concerned about space for all these QBs. Lawrence is a must now, though.

Haha..I wanted this QB more than HJ anyway. Now I really hope Butch gets back his mojo and locks this kid. I told y'all I had a feeling that boy didn't have any gumption.

I actually thought of you after he bounced. I was like "man I hope he is right".

From now on you are our "gumption czar." For short, I will call you Gump. Lol

We shall yield to you when a prospects gumptionality is brought into question.

I'll allow it. �� Now that HJ gas shown his true colors, I can say what I really feel. I think he is a practice warrior that looks awesome against air. I think he plays like a little girl when he starts getting pressured. I didn't want him, and I'm glad he is gone. I think he drops next season as more people figure this out. Oh wait he has already dropped. Go Butch..get TL in the fold. Screw Hunted Johnson.

Let's try to not take the bitter route. Johnson is a good player and should have a nice career (I doubt it's at Clemson). It's better to have this happen now rather than next year. We just need to focus on keeping Guarantano happy and Higgins in the fold and hopefully Rodgers will come around. We are fine.

Dude I was being nice about him till now. How about reading the last page or two, and then getting back to me. I'm just being honest about how I felt all along. He isn't ours now. Screw being nice. I think he is a Gunter Kiel clone. I'm glad he is gone. I don't bash our recruits. He isn't ours now, I don't have to be nice. I hope he sucks, so that whatever big program he goes to is hurt by taking him.

Your opinion is noted. However the talent scouts and evaluators disagree with you. Also your post smells of sour grapes to me. Especially with the obligatory, well since he isnt coming to Tennessee, I always thought he wasnt that good.
