Josh Heupel To Kick Off SEC Nation Live On Lower Broadway July 18 - University of Tennessee Athletics (utsports.com)

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel, the 2022 Associated Press Southeastern Conference Coach of the Year, will kick off SEC Nation with a live appearance on Lower Broadway at 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 18 as part of SEC Football Media Days.

Fans are encouraged to attend the one-hour show, which will air live on ESPN2 and SEC Network and originate from the corner of Broadway and Fourth Avenue. GRAMMY-nominated band Midland will headline a free concert following the show at 7 p.m. CT.

Please note that the Broadway Bridge will be closed for construction in July. Show and concert attendees should plan extra time to travel downtown with detours on Demonbreun and Church or by entering downtown from the east.

I'm an hour away, but... looking at the map, there's way too much city life in that area for me.
But looks like plenty of available parking by 6pm.

Add another cataegory: "Have to Work".
Last time I was down on Broadway at night was for a Barry Manilow concert with my wife back in January. Even as cold as it was, it was wall-to-wall people everywhere.

Doesn't exactly say where on lower Broadway

from the corner of Broadway and Fourth Avenue.

So presumably that puts him at either Dierks Bentley’s Whisky Row, Margaritaville, Merchants, or Honky Tonk Central….unless they’re literally just closing off the intersection to set up shop there.

Edit: it’s apparently a street concert afterward, so I’m presuming they’re closing off the intersection and everything is setting up shop there

The street concert will follow at approximately 7 p.m. (8 p.m. ET).

Your probably ought to add this piece of information into your original post (for people planning on going):

Please note that the Broadway Bridge will be closed for construction in July. Show and concert attendees should plan extra time to travel downtown with detours on Demonbreun and Church or by entering downtown from the east.

That’s the main bridge one would normally take after exiting off of the interstate.
