I played against a guy who was about 6'4 in 7th or 8th grade... thing is he didn't really grow much he played his senior year at about 6'5. Of course this is probably a totally different case considering who his pop is, just saying.

This isn't universal, but for me, a red flag usually goes up when I hear about a 7' recruit. Most of the time, your top-tier college centers are 6'9-11. Rarely hear about a great 7' center (not saying it doesn't happen though).

Another guy I played against who was about 6'3 or 6'4 I'd say was Lester Wilson... Dude is a really good player but he is what probably 6'6 ish?

Geez, I watched him I think when I was in 8th grade, was a freak athlete. I agree with BTO thought he was gonna go way better than ETSU. He dunked everything in the RTL.
