10-0 Irish at the half

Denard Robinson has thrown 4 interceptions (last one deep in a 2 minute drill) in the 1st half (team's thrown 5 total)

UM misses a wide open pass downfield...

hah, nm, some one blowing a whistle from the stands loudly enough stops the play

...and probably gets you escorted out of the stadium (and/or punched)

with 2:30 left ND gets a HUGE 38 yard pass to put them across midfield and at the UM 31

ND gets a first down with 1:03 left, now they can just take some knees and get the win

I kept trying to find a way for both teams to lose this one. But I will take a michigan loss any day. And twice on sundays.

It'll be interesting to see how they fair with their remaining schedule. 10-2 seems reasonable. Their D is tough.

Screw it, I'm just pissed at Al Borges at this point. Worst offensive coordinator possible for Denard's skill set.

I used to agonize over every Notre Dame loss before I became a Vol fan. I still follow ND but now my mood goes as UT football goes.

The bush push and how angry Notre dame fans get is hilarious to me. That type of play happens 15 times a game.

I know they will be glad to get back to their big ten schedule where it's safe. These ooc games are killing them, lol.

I agree with the poster above -- if there were ever a game where I would prefer to see both teams lose, that was it.

Notre Dame announced today they are dropping Michigan from their schedule because they have to play 5 ACC teams in the future...The end of another good rivalry

I used to agonize that Notre Dame would not lose but over the years I've come to expect it from them. Now I'm starting to agonize again.

ND Annual "Rivalries":

Michigan State
Michigan
Purdue
USC
BYU
Navy
Stanford
BC

I would argue that the biggest rivalries in that bunch are Michigan, USC, Michigan State, and BC. There is no reason that ND must drop Michigan in order to accommodate 5 ACC teams every year (esp. since it is in the ACC's best interest not to throw their very best five at ND in any given year). Basically, if ND is dropping the Michigan game, they are dropping a huge national draw; NBC cannot be happy about that, and ND might as well just fully commit to the ACC.
