many of the top quarterback prospects in the country have already made their college decision. Phenix city (ala.) central standout peter parrish is one of just three industry-generated 247sports composite four-star signal-callers still left in play.

The 6-foot-1, 198-pound parrish is up to 21 offers and working for a few more. He’ll camp at florida state on friday with tennessee planned for june 16. He has also been communicating a ton with georgia and looks forward to camping at lsu the week after he throws on the vols campus.

Of the schools that have offered, parrish says he has a lot of strong relationships. “i like mississippi state, cincinnati, arizona state, memphis, it’s a lot, i could go on,” he said.

Of those programs, the bulldogs program is the one he’s visited the most. “the whole coaching staff, they’re great people to talk to,” parrish said. “the campus is real nice as well. They make me feel like home. Just overall the whole feeling being around them is great.”

Very interesting he's in Auburn's back yard and doesn't have an offer. I like that he's camping with us though. He's clearly an exceptional athlete but what stands out to me watching his hudl is that he stares down his primary receiver and doesn't go through his progressions (looking at his offense I'm sure that's by design though). He doesn't square his shoulders when throwing, and that affects his throwing motion. He's raw and certainly he can be coached up on these fundamentals, and while camping I think that will give us a better insight into how he might fit into a system like UT's.

With that being said....at 6'2 and 205, with that kind of athleticism, he would be a beast in the secondary.

Most schools like to protect their own backyard in recruiting. If Auburn hasn’t offered this kid then I don’t want him either. They obviously don’t see him as an SEC quarterback
