Cedrick Wilson Jr. clone. Love these type guys. Plays every bit of his height and willingly runs into trash.

Bentonville, Arkansas wide receiver Jadon Jackson admits his last two offers have caught him by surprise, as both Tennessee and Georgia have extended a scholarship to the 6-2, 175-pound wideout from the 2019 class.

“Those offers were surprising,” Jackson said. “I had been talking to Georgia some but wasn't expecting an offer and I hadn't been talking to Tennessee very much at all when they offered.” Since receiving the Vol offer, Jackson has spoken regularly with Tennessee's new Q&C coach Joe Osovet. “I have talked to Tennessee 4-5 times since they offered,” Jackson said. “Coach Osovet said they liked my speed and how I go get the ball in the air.”

With his growing list of options, Jackson is already making visit plans. He is scheduled to see Oklahoma next weekend and will close out the month of April with a trip to Oklahoma State. A trip to the West Coast is also a possibility. “I have been talking to the Washington coach,” Jackson said. “I plan on going up there for an official visit to see how that is.”

Jackson hopes to take a couple of official visits early in the summer and will take the rest in the fall before signing in December. Jackson is originally from Pennsylvania, moving to the Ozarks to start high school which is why he distance is not a factor. What is the first factor in his decision will be academics.

“The first thing my mom has always told me is to look at the educational opportunities at the schools,” Jackson said. “I want to be a coach. She is looking at graduation rates.” Jackson's mother is helping him research Tennessee and Jackson said making his first ever trip to Knoxville is a real possibility. “I'm going to continue to have conversations with them and see what happens with the relationship and go from there,” Jackson explained.

I can see why Coach Osovet wants him. His Hudl shows incredible separation and speed. Want.

Very nice speed, quick feet, attempts to catch everyball (atleast in highlight) with both hands, even on the 50/50 balls. Fairly decent blocking. All around nice athlete.
