DE or OLB??
Gonna have to check out his film...
DE all the way... 6'4" 275-285 is the gold standard for a DE in a 3-4. And the third most important component is reach 33" being the target... Also whenever you hear about Coach Pruitt wanting guys to camp... It is because he won't offer a guy a scholarship without an in person interview because he has to check their hips, ankles, and knees to see flexibility. Heck, Alabama doesn't take a 40 unless it is at their camp or laser timed.
They will probably check their joints to try and predict how much weight they can put on and withstand in in SEC play... They have a that checks knees specifically for this.

Maybe 10 years ago it was the gold standard.
But look at Bama in 2016.
Ashawn Robinson was 6'4 310 playing End.
Marcel Dareus was 6'4 300 playing end.
It's crazy how...players just getting bigger and bigger.
250 lbs just 20 years ago was good size DE.
John Randle at 6'3 285 was DT.
